That is your crank case vent. You can plug the hole in your intake and re route the line from the oil fill out of the engine bay under the truck. It is basically a OEM pump that has been rebuilt by AGR and has a new support bracket, mounting bracket and larger resivoir and puts out 1500psi at 4GPM which is substantially better than the OEM pump. Truck will start now but is still missing. I took it to a buddy of mine and ran a buzz test. It says #1 and #3 cylinder misfire. I put in 2 new injectors and still missing. Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems.
